Bad Goisern is Surrounded by a vast mountain range and situated near the shores of Lake Hallstatt. 

Bad Goisern charms its visitors with its historic village centre, pretty houses decorated with flowers, beautiful landscape and many attractive squares.

“Goisern“, thanks to its good infrastructure, is a popular holiday destination for those seeking rest and relaxation.

Goisern is a popular health & spa resor. It is an ideal base for exploring the natural surroundings of the UNESCO World Heritage Region.

Attractions include the traditional artists’ studio as well as the numerous cultural and musical events which take place throughout the year.

The World heritage village of Hallstatt is about 15 mins drive and is renowned worldwide. The Chinese loved the village so much they even built a replica of the whole village in China!!

The Kaiser town of Bad Ischl is 10 mins drive and has all the shopping and night life that one could ask for.

It is approximately 25 minutes to the ski area Dachstein West or Dachstein Krippenstein by car or ski bus. There is a free bus from outside the complex.
